The Initial Consultation
Before we can list your home, we’ll meet to understand your needs, priorities, and time frames for the sale. We’ll then get your home ready to list; whether it is suggesting certain updates and/or staging for the best possible pictures. Once that is all set, we’ll sign the listing agreement, prepare the listing, and invest in marketing.
Hosting Open Houses and Reviewing Offers
This is when the negotiation starts! We’ll paint your home in the best light possible when appealing to potential buyers, and then we’ll get to reviewing, negotiating, and accepting offers if they align with your goals. This period also includes contingency offers and transaction reviews.
